💸 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Varm, our priority is that you feel completely protected — on the road and with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we can help.


1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The Emergency Sleeping Bag must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Must include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Must be in its original, unopened packaging.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased in final sale or liquidation promotions.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We'll send you an email confirming we've received your item.
  2. We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the product's condition.
  3. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank).

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from it.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Note: We may request photographic or video proof of the product before proceeding with a replacement or refund.


6. NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Due to our direct distribution logistics:

  • Returns may require shipping to our international warehouses.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer than local retail. We appreciate your patience while we manage the review of your order.
