At Varm, we work to get your Emergency Sleeping Bag to you as quickly as possible. Below we detail our delivery timeframes and conditions.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 5 business days.
📌 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way so you can monitor its status in real time.
3. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
- Logistical Delays: Delays may occur during high-demand periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), customs inspection processes, or local logistical issues in the destination country.
- Liability: Varm is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, or customs holds).
- Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors in the information provided.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To offer you the best product at the best price, we ship directly from our specialized distribution centers. This may mean that your order occasionally goes through customs controls, which could add a few additional days to the estimated delivery time.
🇳🇴 🇸🇪 Note for Norwegian and Swedish customers: Your order may be subject to local VAT and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. We recommend checking your country's current customs thresholds before ordering.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package at any time.
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
