Varm operates under a direct-from-supplier shipping model. This means:

  • Products may be shipped directly from specialized third-party suppliers.
  • Packaging may vary slightly from promotional images.
  • Shipping times depend on the supplier and the final destination.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these logistical conditions.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The content of this site is for general informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions without independent verification.

Varm is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country — these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

📦 Note for Norwegian and Swedish customers: Orders may be subject to VAT and import regulations in accordance with local legislation. Please check your country's customs thresholds before ordering.

7. PAYMENT RECONCILIATION AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • You commit to contacting us at support.varm@gmail.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank.
  • Filing a false or unjustified chargeback constitutes an act of fraud. We actively combat fraudulent disputes by providing banking entities with:
  1. Proof of delivery and order confirmation.
  2. IP address and technical transaction data.
  3. Full communication history between the customer and Varm.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact:

  • You forfeit your right to a direct refund from us.
  • You may be blocked from future purchases across our store network.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS — NORWAY & SWEDEN

In compliance with Norwegian and Swedish consumer protection laws:

  • Customers in Norway and Sweden have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal).
  • To exercise this right, please contact us at support.varm@gmail.com within the withdrawal period.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including logos, product designs, images, and texts — is the property of Varm and may not be used without explicit written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Varm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or products. Our Emergency Sleeping Bag is designed as an emergency survival tool and does not replace professional emergency services. Always contact emergency services in life-threatening situations.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to international e-commerce. For customers in Norway and Sweden, applicable local consumer protection laws take precedence where they provide greater protection than these Terms.
